Abuse & Neglect Policy

Usually held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the school beginning at 7:30 p.m.
HCNS will profit 4% of what you spend. The earnings for all MP3 purchases is 10%. Click here to access HCNS’ Amazon site; if you do not use this link HCNS will not get ‘cash’ for your purchases. If you have any questions regarding this new program, please contact our Fundraising Chair.

Required State Health Form
Per state requirements a current medical record of all students must be on file.
Before your child’s annual visit: (1) Click here for the required State Form or find it your registration packet (2) give it to your pediatrician to complete during the visit, and (3) place it in the Health & Safety mail slot located in the school’s lobby.
If there is inclement weather and you need to know if school is cancelled or delayed, listen for information on local radio & TV-WTIC, WFSB, WDRC, and/or WVIT.
HCNS follows closely with the Hebron Public School Calendar.

Hebron Public School Early Dismissal Days
HCNS does not follow the Hebron Public Schools’ scheduled early dismissal days. HCNS will have a regular, full day on days when Hebron Public Schools are scheduled to be dismissed early. Such days include, but are not limited to the day before Thanksgiving and Hebron Schools’ teacher/parent conference days held in both November and March. This policy applies only to scheduled early dismissal days. If Hebron Public Schools announces an early dismissal due to inclement weather, afternoon classes at HCNS are cancelled for that day.
