Hebron Center Nursery School (HCNS), Inc. is a cooperative, self-governing, non-profit, interdenominational, interracial organization. HCNS is run through the combined efforts of the Board of Directors, the teaching staff and the parents. Enrollment is open to residents of any town. HCNS is licensed by the CT State Department of Health and is tax-exempt by the Federal Government.
